Changes to the Dundas Dog Park!
The Dundas Park and Recreation Advisory Board will discuss ideas for the dog park at their next meeting. They are planning fence changes, and possible improvements to the north entrance, and welcome other ideas. They are very pleased with how popular the park is!

Thanks to a tip off and generous donations to CAP, I was able to repair a broken gate and latch at the north end of the dog park. Also thanks to other patrons, gravel was added to a muddy area and now can be used by all – with out need for a bath!
The Northfield dog park will soon be open for all to enjoy once again! The posts are going up and soon the fence will follow. Also, keep an eye out for the possible expansion and how you can help!
Dr. Rich Lorang, As chairperson of the nonprofit CAP (canines at play) is talking to the City of Northfield about an expansion of the Northfield dog park . This summers sewer project is complete in Babcock Park and it is time to put the dog park fence back up. The city, The Defeat of Jesse James Day committee and CAP all would like to see a bigger dog park. So keep an ear and eye open for a CAP fundraiser, or ways you can donate to the bigger better dog park.
