Age 6-8 Weeks

- 1st Distemper/Parvo and kennel cough vaccines
- Microscopic stool check for parasites
- De-worming schedule
- Begin heartworm monthly preventive
- Begin Flea/Tick monthly preventive
- Register for Puppy Class
Age 10-12 Weeks
- Preventative Care Exam
- 2nd Distemper/parvo vaccine
- 1st Lyme vaccine
- 1st Lepto vaccine
- Continue heartworm preventive
- Continue Flea/Tick preventive
- Begin puppy classes
Age 14-16 Weeks
- Preventative Care Exam
- Final Distemper/parvo vaccine
- Final Lyme vaccine
- Final Lepto vaccine
- Rabies vaccine, tag & certificate
- Continue heartworm preventive

- Spay or Neuter your puppy
